2.5GHz LNA with Gain Step for 802.11b/g and Bluetooth Applications

This paper presents segmented current steering CMOS digital-to-analog converter, the design is intended to RF transmitter at 2.45 GHz Bluetooth applications. Source current 2.45 GHz Bluetooth design strategy based on a 2.45 GHz Bluetooth scheme, variable repeatedly adapted to 2.45 GHz Bluetooth simple, minimizing area and power consumption, and meet the Bluetooth specification of 2.45 GHz. A theoretical analysis of static-dynamic 2.45 GHz Bluetooth requirements and layout of the Bluetooth 2.45 GHz to achieve a small area current steering DAC is included. DAC designed Bluetooth 2.45 GHz in 0.35 μm CMOS technology, requires an active area of only 200 μm × 200 μm.
